Completed in 2008:

• Guestrooms have been renovated.  In each renovated guestroom, a 42” flat-screen TV is mounted on a swivel that makes viewing easy from any angle in the room.  With GuestLink accessory, a Sheraton Gateway SFO exclusive, guests can plug digital devices such as iPods, PDAs and laptops into the TV and use the TV screen as a large computer monitor. 
• Lobby area has been renovated.  The registration desk was custom-made from dark Bambinga wood from Africa, and a crystal backdrop adorns the area.  Clusters of sleek bucket-style seats provide secluded areas for meetings or relaxation.
• The Club Lounge (concierge level) has been renovated.

• The hotel exterior will be painted in a color palette that incorporates Bisque Tan, Fairbank Green, Whitall Brown and Dark Mustard.

TownePlace Suites – Redwood City

Completed in 2008:

• A "TowneMap" has been added to a lobby wall, highlighting area attractions, local airports, restaurants, etc. for guests to have an accessible, easy to use resource to get acquainted with the area.
• Lobby has been renovated (new furniture, carpet, paint, etc.) and offers two guest computers.  The front desk has a more traditional front desk look with a higher counter.
• Outdoor patio furniture has been replaced.

To Be Completed in 2008:

• A "home office" will be installed in many rooms.  The "home office" is a work desk that is more spacious, with a cabinet and shelving above as well so guests working from their room may be more productive.
• New carpet, paint, lamps, decor, sofa, curtains, bed skirts/scarves and shower curtains in all guest rooms.
• The Activity Room will have more seating and a flat screen television.
• Replacing existing exercise room equipment in late June/early July.  It will have two treadmills and one elliptical machine.  Each will have its own TV screen, as well.
• Tile in lobby restrooms will be replaced.  Repainting/recarpeting all interior hallways and adding new furniture.
